I was working for a food demonstration company and they sent my work check to another person with my same name but a different address and I typed the Labor Dpt a letter about it and they got on the problem immediately!  They helped me to obtain my work check and I am extremely grateful for their help and timely assistance!

I'd give these crooks 0 stars if possible. Administrative hearings that hold more legal weight than a court of law with virtually zero appeals process that is so limited in time that after 1 response you have no time to argue any legal issues. And then you are dealiing with 1 person who doesn't care about facts or truth. What a joke.

Sent an email on 6/16.... today is 8/29 and I still have yet to get a response. The receptionists are rude , in their words, "I just transfer calls" oh okay. I've been calling since June, and no answer either. What is the point of having this place open? They just need to ahut it down!!!

They recovered over 9 thousand dollars in illegal deductions and non payment of overtime they have good people working on your case Nancy Mcdonald handled my overtime claim and Judge Sherrod did my wage claim if you're having a problem with your employer you need to contact your labor department the people at 160 N Lasalle in Chicago are The best around thank you so much.. As usual, the state government is nothing short of a nightmare to deal with.  Can't get an answer to a pressing question because no one answers the phones, and voice messages aren't returned in a timely manner.
