I'm used to this shop being reliable, as it was in the '90s when a different guy owned it. When I went in for a front alignment in July 2016, the present owner had a gangly 20-ish kid "helping out," doing lots of critical steps. He seemed out of sorts and gave me attitude. In addition to the alignment I needed him to spend two minutes finding out where the squawks, grunts, and clunks were coming from. Diagnosis only. He couldn't be bothered and weaseled out of it. When I got the car home I pulled the wheels to check the work. The right strut camber bolts were okay, but the adjustment bolt for the left strut was under torque by more than 20 foot-pounds. That was the kid. He used a pneumatic impact wrench and guessed wrong. For the non-mechanic, this mistake makes it more likely for bumps and vibration to ruin the camber adjustment. 
Next time I want an alignment I'll be trying a different shop.

If you're in the Greater Athens Area and need an alignment you absolutely positively must without a doubt go to Whelchel Alignment & Brakes. They are super fantastic, fabulous, spectacularly remarkable, amazing, outstanding, astonishing, accurate and efficient.  Just go here you will fell this way too!~!
