My group loved our short stay at the Inn at Mystic! The attendant in the hotel lobby was very accommodating and courteous. The rooms were clean and bathrooms carried all the amenities you could ask for. I’d recommend this Inn to anyone visiting the nearby Casino’s in the area. A nice place to lay down your hat.

It is a nice inn/motel at the edge of Mystic, CT. It is a complex with motel like buildings and a historical mansion where you can rent some rooms and there are also meeting facilities. The mansion is quite lovely and it was a lovely place for the meetings we had there. For the rooms in the other part, they were nice but nothing special. There is also a restaurant on the property which was pretty good. If I wasn't staying there I am not sure I would seek it out though. The people working there were very nice and very helpful for any problems or questions that we had. The pictures are looking out from the mansion. The other part of the complex is down below this.

Great rooms, however there was a stain on the ceiling and fireplace. It was so great to have a fireplace and "old school" furniture. The front desk staff were so nice, especially Hannah. The restaurant provided good food as well, however the evening servers and hostess were in such poor moods! We enjoyed our stay overall and plan on going back.

A beautiful view, clean rooms and considerate staff. It's worth it to spring for the balcony! Especially if you're a bird watcher. The fireplace is old, so unless you have experience building a fire with kindling and wood I'd skip it. You can purchase a 7 dollar duraflame type log at the front desk. Perhaps bring you're own to save the money? It was. The off season while I was there so I couldn't try the pool or kayaks, but I will be going back when the weather warms for sure.

The hotel was okay to me at best. I'm not even factoring in the fact that I had booked (weeks prior to my stay) for a king room, and they almost stuck me a room with two double beds. They corrected the matter after some pressing. The location and the view were stunning. Not so stunning were the stains on the carpet, walls, and chairs. The walls were thin, and we heard everything outside, ranging from doors slamming to people talking loudly. Outlets barely worked, and were loose for the ones that did work. I don't think I would return, though the front desk manager was lovely.
