Nice hotel with decent beds. It's an older building without much insulating the doors which means when you're unlucky enough to have kids running up and down the hallway at 2AM they are likely to wake you. Hotel employees are uncommon in the halls so by the time you notify them of an issue it's too late to resolve and it just happens again an hour later. Assuming the other guests are considerate, it's a good place.

This is a great hotel! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and organized. It does feel like a maze walking through the place though. If you are a Gold member and you get the breakfast, it's pretty good.

Perfect spot for visiting Mystic especially if you are visiting the aquarium. Directly across the street from both the village and aquarium. It is a short drive to the historic seaport. Indoor heated saltwater poor is perfect for the kids. Numerous restaurants and Starbucks is across the street! Irons restaurant is good and room service is rather affordable for what it is. You can bring drinks from the restaurant to your room. We had breakfast in the room each morning we were there. Definitely recommended.

Nice place. Good rooms. Nice service. Pool area often runs out of towels when it gets crowded. Great location if you're visiting the aquarium.

Nice looking updated hotel. Great location across from the aquarium. Bring the kids to the indoor pool. Irons is a nice place for a drink. Gas firepit on site outside. Really impressed.
