Room was clean and look very nice. The staff was courteous and even the manager was always helpful. We wanted to spend the day in the town before checking in and he was very accommodating letting us leave our luggage in the office while we explored. Breakfast was nice toast, bagel, cereal, coffee and juice perfect light breakfast if you're getting ready to walk around. Everything was fresh and coffee was hot.

A basic motel room. It was reasonably clean and the pool was nice. High prices for such a basic room. No special amenities, but its close to shopping and food. We went so that we could go to Watch Hill Beach without paying extremely high prices. Its only @ a 30 minute drive to the beach.

This is our second time staying at this place and much like the first we had about an average experience. The staff are always kind and answer any questions we have. The rooms are quaint but seem old. Everything inside was clean most importantly and was cleaned each day when we left. Our bed was the only real low point, it seemed to concave inwards and made us want to be back in our own beds at home.This place seems perfect for a solo traveler or someone who will spend minimum time in their rooms.The area around the hotel was quiet (the rear neighbor is a cemetery) and it's located near all the necessities (breakfast, gas/convenient store, dinner, dessert). If I had to I would stay here again, but next time I'm in town I'll spend a little more and go across the parking lot to the Howard Johnson.

Nice owners, clean room, and very cheap. Nothing fancy but free breakfast.
