I was worried because of the reviews but luckily Nick was there the entire time and made us feel welcome. The price is good for the location. Just 2 1/2 blocks from the BART. Nick even allowed us to leave our bags at the office after we checked out so we could take one more day trip into San Francisco before our evening flight. I did have some complaints though. Like the previous reviews said there was only one towel available when we walked in despite me purposefully listing 4 people when I booked the room. Talked to Nick about it before leaving for our excursion in San Francisco and came back to find ONE extra towel, still not enough for our group of 4. The body wash dispenser in the room was also empty but we brought our own and Nick told the cleaning staff to refill it as soon as he was made aware of it. The walls are also THIN! So if you are a person who cannot sleep through traffic noise this may not be the place for you. Still the room and bathroom were clean and a decent side and the beds were soft so it was a pleasant stay overall dispite the lack of towels.

We booked a few weeks ahead and even called in advance to make sure everything would be good for our arrival. We went to check in at 6:00pm and no one was there to check us in and no one picked up the phone number on the confirmation email. We had to find a hotel last minute because we had no idea what to do :( Update: We were able to get in contact the next day and they gave us a good rate for the rest of our stay!

Quick and friendly check-in. Very clean and tidy. Nice updates to the place, and fast coffee maker. Close to everything.

I paid $147 for a room with 2 beds in one night. There were no soap, no shampoo, no towels and when we asked for towels, they gave me two towels with holes. There was no cofee maker but there were cofee bags. The AC kept turning off. It was hot. When we asked something about where to get a good bfast, the staff in the office said "ask google". They don't deserve at least one star at all. I will never go back to this place.

Had a Good stay at the inn..the room was very clean..only down aide was we had to wait a bit for some towels..but we def stay there again..no far from downtown.. great restaurants inthe neighborhood.
