A budget hotel with nice view and access to shopping and restaurant without driving is one of the top reason people choose this property and others nearby. I had a business associate coming into town from Ohio staying with Hyatt. I got there earlier waiting at lobby lounge. Even when I'm not a guest, the staff are very welcoming and informative. I guess they take pride in their job and like chatting up with people. One of the things I noticed is a massive lobby with window that wrapped around the shape of hotel view. The massive seating area is actually a 3-in-1 operation went with bar, cafe, and restaurant. There's no free WiFi and you must sign in with your last name and room number to get access. I used associate info and signed in having no difficulty.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Clean facilities and everything in the room was in order. Good water pressure. Free WiFi. I didn't have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant or try the bar, but the patrons that were there seemed to be having a pleasant experience.

One of the favorite places our family has stayed. The breakfast was delicious. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The chef at breakfast was friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the robot that delivered something to our room. And the room was very comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay. Would have gave 5 stars, but the beds were a bit hard. Service was great and complementary breakfast was nice. Lots to choose from.
