This hotel needs major remodel and update. My room wasn’t cleaned upon my arrival but staff were nice and called in a housekeeper right away. 

I complained about the upstairs guests blasting music all night for two days but nothing was done. 

The TV in the room didn’t work; room also smelled like smoke even though I was in a non-smoker one. The A/C and heater were also broken. There were no plugs for my charger by the bed nor in the kitchen. I had to crawl under a table to find an outlet. 

My overall experience was poor. I really wish they cared more about the appearance of their chain.

We had a late check-in, and we we're told to call from the house phone to get in. We did that, but nobody answered. We wandered around the halls but couldn't find anyone. After 10 minutes, a woman wearing headphones appeared from a back room. Did she apologize? No. After getting my name, she asked if we cancelled the reservation. Of course we hadn't. The check-in process took way longer than it should have, and there's a decent chance I was double charged. Sorry, but never again will I stay at an Extended Stay.

It's a clean hotel. It's kinda in.the middle of towns.. it's like a casino..it never gets dark outside. There's a huge target across the street!

This place was the worst do not come here they only serve muffins,and granola bars it's really a nightmare.I recommend going to comfort inn in Oakland San Francisco.
Give them a 1 star or no stars the comfort inn in Oakland is the best place you can stay at and it's cheaper than this one.Also this place is by a lot of homeless and it looks ghetto don't come here.

Shuanna was a great Help. She’s super nice and friendly as well as welcoming. I Definitely had a great stay. I would come back again. The rooms are well kept and roomy.
