Small rooms. Almost no storage if you want to unpack for a week. Window is tiny and about 5 feet off the ground - so you don't get a great view of the bay unless you stand up near the window. Really an inconvenient room. Of course of furniture for size of room. Small coffee maker but no tea. The pool and jacuzzi have been closed every time I've been here - even though the sign says it'll be open within the month. Shower shelves are tiny. Breakfast, lunch and dinner selections are very limited. #disappointed_Platinum_member

Check in was fast and easy even though it was booked through a 3rd party vendor. The amenities were clean and tidy, my floor was dead silent for my short stay, and the king suite was very spacious, modern decor, and surpassed my expectations. Check out was simple and gated parking (for a fee) for overnight guests allowed in and out privileges. Great

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The 2 queen bed room was comfortable with enough room for 2 adults and 2 small kids and had a great view of the bay. There were ample parking spaces available although there was a fee to park overnight. We did not try the on-site restaurant but there are many places to eat near the hotel.

Very helpful bring in charter bus. They block off good areas. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very ftiendly. I'm a charter bus driver for Best Tours from Fresno. It's hard to get hotels with parking.
