Great priced gym, unfortunately this limits the gym in cleanliness, equipment availability and hours of operation. The biggest concern however is cleanliness. It seems to me that this gym is rarely cleaned and when it is it is done less than thoroughly. This is most evident in the men's locker room in my experience. The lockers and floors are always dirty with garbage dirt and hair.  I have strong reason to believe that the floors in the locker and shower rooms are not sanitized sufficiently. In my opinion it is worth paying more for a cleaner gym. I must say the gym offers a great selection of equipment for the price. However, it is difficult to find a time that the gym is not overcrowded making the great selection difficult to take advantage of.

A very modern and clean fitness center with a wonderful staff!  Great machines and other equipment well laid out!  Nice pool area and indoor running track, too.

One of the best physical therapy places we've been so far. The indoor heated pool is a big plus.

Clean facilities. Frequently updating which is more a good thing. Really good trainers and lots of equipment.

Had I done this yesterday before leaving a review on Facebook, I would have still given a very poor review here, but now they have added insult to bad business practices and mismanagement. It just blows my mind that a facility that has such a beautiful pool area, and such top instructor talent, or at least did, can be so plagued by ineffective management and bad decisions. They have eliminated nearly half of their aquatic offerings, and when you combine that with getting rid of Silver Sneakers and cutting Zumba Gold classes, it really seems that they don't want elderly or disabled people in this facility. Oh, and the insult to injury part, yesterday when I already expressed my displeasure and the likelihood of canceling my membership, I was accused of having a fake profile, when in actuality I don't use my full name on social media due to the nature of my work. Unbelievable! Bad business and just plain disrespectful management.
