Came in to cancel my membership because I moved out of the area and filled out all the appropriate paperwork on-site.  The kid that cancelled it clearly wasn't paying attention to what he was doing because somehow my membership did not get cancelled.  They kept charging my credit card without my permission and would not refund my money.  Called a few times for a refund and no call back.  $30 is not worth fighting this any further, but it's definitely worth a 1-star review.  Good luck to you moving forward.

So I don't know where to start but I will make it concise, I went there this morning that lady with really bad attitude tells me that there's no one to walk me around for tour. That means straight kicking me out. And then she tells me that they don't have any 1week trail going on except $15 fee for one day pass or I have to go online and register totall disappointing
I would rather stick with Gold's Gym and guess what I love golds gym just wondered if I can find a better one but no.
You guys need to be more professional and learn how to earn business.
I just hate wasting my time writing review here.

Good price, most of the equipment is pretty good.  Unfortunately, I don't think I've ever been to a dirtier gym in my life.  They do not do a good job of keeping the facility or the equipment clean.  Additionally, some of the equipment breaks down and it takes weeks for them to repair it.  With the price also comes overcrowding.

The people are friendly and the club has a nice selection of equipment but beware of the charges. We were there less than a year and got charged the annual equipment fee of $39.00. Also if you cancel get them to sign and date the termination paper because if they keep charging you month after month after you cancel that’s the only thing they will take in order to get a refund. I lost my paper and they wouldn’t credit me even though I haven’t swiped my memebership card in months. Apparently someone can cancel a memebership, print the paper but it didn’t show up in their system🤔 Also it gets packed in there so if you like a little space find somewhere else to go.

Beware!!!!

Been with this gym for over a year. Everything was fine until I did the tactics personal trainer sessions. After 5 months of doing their tactics session I decided I was ready to do my own program and told my trainer I would like to move on. The trainer had indicated he cancelled the program in January after I followed up to make sure he cancelled. In February I was charged $100 for February after being told in writing that I would not be charged for February. After calling Xperience Corporate, sending emails to my trainer, and his manager, nothing was resolved by the company and over 2 hours of my time was wasted. To make matters even more frustrating, I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge. If you are looking for a gym that actually has customer service, my reccomendation would be to go to your local Ymca or Planet Fitness. This company severely lacks in customer service.

**update 2/21/18

The customer service team called and Took the February charge off my statement. I understand my instructor made an honest mistake, but I do think the situation could have been handled a lot better.
