Half the benches are missing bars and machines are often broke. More irritating is the kids club. Hours have decreased steadily over the years and they also never fix the kids club door. Dragging 3 kids through the gym is as annoying as it is dangerous.  Mark my words,"a kid will get hurt by touching or running into an active treadmill." 
On a positive note, the daytime kids club  employees are awesome with kids.

False advertising. Their website claims to be 10$ for the basic membership but does not mention the 100$ you have to pay in whole as part of the joining fee. They didn't mention it until the very end when it was time for me to pay, so that was stressful. They charge you for the imaginary month that you want to quit the membership and insists that it's a good deal. How does it make sense to pay for something you haven't used? Also, I got sick and asked to freeze the account. They said it was done but continued to charge me. They keep telling me to just go to one of their "corporate staff", who I emailed and called over and over but never heard back from.

Although I use the Greenfield gym for convenience, I use Hales Corners for most classes, ESPECIALLY yoga!  I  think the instructor styles are more of what I want in a yoga class.  I also like the pool for its privacy aspect, with little window viewing from other gym goers.

This location is better than the rest; however, do you guys believe that playing country music makes people “amped” and motivated to workout? I’m a country fan, but it’s not a genre to work out to.

I have no love for this gym anymore. They have way too many members for the amount of equipment and space available...yet they have deals more often than any other gym I have personally seen. This is the definition of quantity of quality. 

Also, from what I have seen since day one of going to this gym after they switched from golds to xperience is that a good chunk of the people are people you see taking selfies between everyset. Go to animal house, I know I will be.
