I have had the fortunate experience of dealing with Jay Pigeon and Integrated Media Systems in two recent luxury apartment community projects.  Jay knows his stuff, is reachable around the clock, has tremendous patience, and works so well with not only the ownership representatives but also the miscellaneous contractors (electrical contractors, cable contractors, broadband consultants, IT representatives, and even framing and drywall contractors).  So refreshing to have a subcontractor who focuses on solving the problems rather than getting bogged down in who is to blame for setbacks.   We have a cutting edge AV system with sophistication and practicality at both these luxury communities with clear instruction for all our staff to guide and coach residents.  While it is rare that we need to call IMSVA for issues, when we do they are right on it with calm, helpful support.  I so look forward to the next opportunity to work with Jay on a new project.  Top notch, 5 stars.

I had a major upgrade of my A/V system and my home automation system. Before installing the new 4K TVs, IMS tested them out to ensure compatibility with the new home automations system at their offices, and installed all the equipment and software upgrade with great diligence and professionalism. I am very demanding and focus on details associated with my system and the I was very impressed with the care, diligence and professionalism that IMS demonstrated to ensure my complete satisfaction. I have been working with IMS for almost 20 years and they have never disappointed me. I recommend them without any reservation.

I went to IMS knowing that I wanted a quality system for my soon-to-be retirement home that would not bust my budget, but frankly I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of options, information and opinions.  Owner Tom Wells took the time to meet with me personally to determine my wants and budget, which were refined over the course of several weeks.  It turned out that I didn't need some stuff that I thought I would, and there were other things Tom suggested that I was unaware of that made a whole lot of sense.
Complicating the matter was the fact that the project house is located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  It didn't matter.  Tom came to the project site personally to check it out.  After the gear was ordered and started coming in, his technicians made trips as necessary to fish wires and install a multi-room audio system and integrated everything with a couple of televisions, one of them a weatherproof outdoor model on a rolling stand to go along with the 8 satellite + sub-woofer exterior speaker package.  I also got  an upgraded wifi system and intelligent thermostats.  All of this is unified with a user-friendly control system that even my technology-adverse wife can operate, remotely if necessary.
I can't say enough how happy we are.  The installation crews from IMSVA were polite and professional.  Everything looks and sounds great.  I have been waiting my whole life for a system like this, and Tom and his company did not let me down.  I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We have used IMS over the years on several projects.  They have installed a home theater (AV equipment, chairs, and Lutron shades).  They upgraded and installed our home sound system, and installed/replaced TVs.  Jay Pigeon has been our primary contact.  Jay is highly responsive, knowledgeable about our household needs, and presents several options with pros and cons for discussion.  We wouldn't consider using anyone other than IMS for our home technology needs.
