I had the worst experience with Geek squad shady grove store. 2 months ago I was told I will receive a refund of 319.24$ as I cancelled the service. 
I didn't see the refund in my credit card statements, so I called the store this afternoon. 
The lady on the phone said that she can see the refund request for 319.24 and that it got stock in their system and she apologized. Said that someone from geek squad needs to approve it. I couldn't wait only as I was waiting for 20-30 min until they found the problem, so I came physically to the store.
The assistant store manager - Shoaib was so rude. He said that he can refund the service but as of today. I told him that it doesn't make sense that someone didn't do their job 2 months ago, and I was overseas and busy and waited 2 billing cycles before I came back to "beg" for a refund for a service that was cancelled as they terribly disappointed me to start with. 
This is amazing.
Long story short -
The geek squad service was so bad, they took 2 weeks to try and fix my lap top, which they didn't, so I took lap top back and fixed it somewhere else.
Then when I canceled the service and was told my card will be refunded, someone didn't do their job and it didn't happen.
Now that I come to "complain" and see what's with my refund, they want to refund me from today as if nothing was promised to me 2'months ago. 
This is called fraud.
I don't know if I'm going to purchase at Best Buy again. They don't deserve it

Meh, more often than not I can walk through the store and never speak to any staff. When your fighting Amazon you had better win on service. Wonder when these box stores will realize that?

Set aside hard to see from road. Walk in its great. Layout is hard to manipulate but grrat spot.

Good sized parking lot in a busy area.  Pretty much what you'd expect from a Best Buy.

Pretty good store of theirs, no complaints but nothing amazing to say about it. It is just another best buy
