Ordered a drone and it arrived here for pickup. 

It was unopened when I arrived and in perfect condition. I had 30 days to bring it back (there is a restocking fee) but I am a preferred member so I got over the normal 15 days. 

Has worked like a charm!

This is my go to store when I am considering a purchase. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. And I love that Best Buy will take all kinds of electronic for recycling.

Worst customer experience ever.  Employees seem like they have no idea what their doing and they all act like this is the first job they’ve ever had.  Highly recommended going to another Best Buy, even if it’s further away.

I have been shopping at this Best Buy for over 18 years. Over the years they have been renovated at least 3 times. I remember buying my first computer at this place, in those days it seemed like the people we're working on commission cause the sold us stuff we really didn't need. Each time the experience has been different. Last year I went there to check out there new Chromebooks they had on display and three members of there staff told me, you don't want to buy a Chromebook you want to buy a Microsoft Surface, well I want to buy a Chromebook so instead of trying to sell me that they kept insisting on me to check out the surface books. Well I left and bought a Chromebook online. Almost every electronic I own is from Best Buy I like to see the item in person. When I bought my TV, what I liked was they had 3 factory reps from Sony, Samsung and LG on site to help me with the purchase. The Sony rep kept saying he has the best product without showing me and the LG rep spent a whole hour with me find me the right product. Another thing I like is there interest free paymenta for certain amounts and periods really helps to buy product now and keep your cash flow instead of fronting thousands of dollars. I've seen circuit city and hh Gregg gone but I don't want to see my local Best Buy to ever leave. It's hard to find folks that might know everything about the product so it helps to do a little research in advance to check out the product you are purchasing.

Hunter was wonderful. I had limited skills and would not use my 2 year old computer. It was throw it off the deck or get help.  He helped me learn to do just what I needed. Went back next day to learn more. Now I love my computer. Best buy is the Best.
