This is a good place to check out electronics. I wish that there was more ability to try out electronics or listen to music than there is, but it is still better than online. With an increased focus on customer interaction with a product before buying, and possibly community building, the franchise may manage to get through the fall of brick-and-mortar.

This is a great store, for the most part. But beware of who helps you in customer service. Stay away from the heavyset girl with the glasses. She tried to be helpful but she has no idea what she's doing. I don't know if she's new but I'm surprised they put her out on the floor with so little training. Other than that, the store displays are well-kept and all of the other staff  that I interacted with were great!

We bought a washer and dryer from Best Buy 1 month ago. We have yet to receive our merchandise despite weekly calls saying g it is in route. Today my husband went over to talk to a manager who ASSURED him our things would arrive next Friday. He no sooner walked in the house today only to get a call saying that the washer and dryer are not due until May!!!! 

We will NEVER purchase from Best Buyy again.

Poor customer service.

Dismal communication.

Disgusted and disgruntled to say the least.

The Delivery did not come in time frame designated. No one called to provide an update. Had to call Customer Service Several times and received no response. Finally spoke with a manager in the Leesburg store and he said.. "We have no way of contacting the delivery service., all we can do is send an email"  They must be behind with Technology in today's age!!!  Well  that BEST BUY FOR YOU.

Consistently cannot find stock, employees standing around. I will have purchases shipped or travel to a farther store to avoid wasting time shopping here.
