Typical Best buy but the store is cleaner and more organized than some I've been into around the country. Associates we're helpful and asked if you needed assistance. Plenty of items to look at and try out before you purchase.

So far so good.

I have been here a few times now, and they have been helpful (for a return) and quick for checkouts.

Typical Best buy selection, although almost always out of stuff the Sterling store has, and pretty much never has any of the specials in stock.

Overall not bad, just average.

I've always had a positive shopping experience at this store. Their staff have been helpful and being able to place an online order for pickup at the store is very convenient. Parking is free (unlike RTC next door)!

Every employee in the Reston store has been knowledegable, courteous, patient and very good with their explanation regarding technical issues.  Kudos to their management.

Was going to buy a MacBook Pro but no one came to help. I stood there for about 20 - 30 mins. Then walked around and 5 employees passed me without asking if I needed help. I was going to ask but they don't even give eye contact while I'm looking at them. Walked out of the store and I was also ignored by the guy's sole job is to greet people.
