Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. There isn't much nearby in terms of dining/nightlife, but the hot spots are less than a 15 minute drive away. The surrounding area is a bit rough, but there seems to be some decent living in development. If you're looking to save a bit of money by staying on the outskirts of the entertainment hub in Cleveland, I'd recommend this hotel.

Great service! The staff is very polite. My car was warmed up all snow brushed off. The room was clean and ready for us at check in. The room service was quick and the food hot! Will stay there again.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels you can check them out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. There isn't much nearby in terms of dining/nightlife, but the hot spots are less than a 15 minute drive away. The surrounding area is a bit rough, but there seems to be some decent living in development. If you're looking to save a bit of money by staying on the outskirts of the entertainment hub in Cleveland, I'd recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. I stayed in a suite and i really enjoyed it. The staff didn't interact with me at all unless I asked a question. Would be nice to see some of them smile. Needed to stay an extra day but the hotel was booked. I asked the front desk if they could help or give any suggestions and they weren't very helpful.

This place is so nice! It is right next to the hospitals and also less then 10 minutes away from Downtown Cleveland. The rooms are huge with amazing and the beds are super comfortable. The rooms are also hypoallergenic! The customer service is superb here. You won't go wrong staying here.
