The Radisson Hotel Cleveland-Gateway was functional for my needs but that was about the best adjective I can muster. The beds were comfortable, but the room was "surface cleaned." The hotel was conveniently located for my needs and breakfast was nice. The staff was abysmal. The reservation I had made was a package for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and included parking. Upon check in, this package was not confirmed. On check out, parking was charged to my my account. When challenged, the front desk person showed no regard for the error and simply responded that I should have confirmed that upon check in and there was nothing that could be done about it now. To me, that was completely unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager, and none were available. I finally went up the chain of contact to the corporate office and was refunded the parking fee after the fact, however, it just proves on-site staff are inconsiderate.

Great location. Really close to everything. Ok price for room. First room we were given had others people stuff in room. And only one working elevator. And that elevator would shake and move when doors opened and closed. Very friendly and helpful staff though. Would stay again.

Excellent location for staying downtown. Within walking distance of almost anything you could want to do. Staff was friendly and the rooms are reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel was clean and friendly. I felt accommodated and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast that was included with my stay did not begin in time for me to enjoy it the first morning. The second mornings I had a later start but even at 8am the buffet had been out for too long and I should have paid for a suitable breakfast rather than choke down separated eggs and gross sausage. Make sure you bring extra money for parking as the hotel does not offer free parking to the guests. Parking structure next to hotel had $12 overnight parking.

We loved it here! The location is fantastic. Just steps - I mean 3 minute walk - to the dining area where you'll find Cleveland's finest (which is fantastic). There are even two good restaurants literally 20 feet front the front door. The staff is so, so welcoming starting with valet and especially management. They were so genuinely concerned about our family's comfort. You'll wish you lived in Cleveland. The stadiums (minus Browns) are literally across the street. The room was clean, bed comfy, linens white. We will stay here again for sure
