Very nice hotel. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, nice sized room. The beds are not too bad but I am a bed snob. The hotel staff are all great. No problems with check-in. There is a $24 valet parking. I forgot my phone in the car and the valet guy had already gotten it out of my car and had it waiting on me when I got downstairs. The breakfast was way more than expected especially since it was included in the price of the room. It was delicious and the hard working lady employee that was over it was very nice as well. I was very satisfied with my stay here and will definitely return.

Best hotel I've stayed at in Cleveland! A bit pricey, but rooms are really big with great views! They have valet parking, but if on a budget, it's tough to find parking. I stay here when I'm treating myself to a nice stay. Can't afford all the time. Maybe $20 cheaper would be a good price.

We were here to enjoy the city and see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Great location for sight seeing and restaurants and bars are nearby... many within walking distance. Our room was lovely, hard wood floors and tall windows. The bed was comfortable and we really loved the jacuzzi tub, it was perfect for two and so relaxing. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Cleveland!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... We came to Cleveland for a Concert at the House of Blues and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express downtown because of the reviews we read. It definitely did not disappoint. We read that this was an old banked converted into a hotel. The rooms were unreal with the wood floors and the 12-14ft ceilings. We had the suite with separate living room which was really nice because we ended up hanging out in the room due to the heat outside. The breakfast in the morning was always good. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be downtown.

Rooms were nice and comfy. Was granted a free upgrade from double beds to a king without asking. Service was very good. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the rotating door entrance and elevators smell very incredibly bad. And being the first impression of the hotel it is off-putting. It's almost like the ventilation for those areas comes directly from the sewer. I've stayed there multiple times and the smell is always there. Everyone in my group agreed it was no bueno. Nice building aside from those two unavoidable trouble spots.
