We had our family rent an apartment there for few months so they can avoid the Florida heat and had the pleasure to stay here few times. The hotel is really nice and the restaurant is great. However, I would avoid at all cost having them park our car. AVOID their valet service!!! Upon returning my car, my entire car was covered in rusted metals that have fell down on my car while parked. Not sure if it was some rusted steel from the garage or what. When I inquired about it with the Valet, their response was "The city should pay for it if you complain". What does the city have to do with your service, your parking etc? It was the most ridiculous response ever. From that falling rust, I have damages all over my car. I will be contacting my insurance and see what steps they will take as I've provided pictures from the valet when they returned my car with the metal pieces on my car.

The apartments at the 9 are really nice for the area. It's much like a hotel with a great gym and rooftop bar. The rooftop has a great view, good music, and good food/drinks. It's a great place to kick back and unwind with a great atmosphere. I love the fact that you are able to get room service to your apartment. Also, there is a grocery store on site. Very convenient!

Very disappointing visit over holiday. Room was worn down looking. Especially carpet and bed linen. Wet, dirty, towels left in shower, assuming from previous guest. Sticky film covered coffee table and tv remote (very gross)
At checkout their were added charges and taxes on bill no one could explain. Staff not very helpful. Place is a horrible value for money. Wouldn't recommend. Much nicer places elsewhere.

This a hotel with a character. Posh and trendy, with friendly staff. Don't expect a bellhop. The elevators are very high-tech and you get allocated to an elevator so you have to carry your key card everytime. I loved the reserve floor to relax and work. 
The shower and the toilet is separate so that's a good thing. I saw this previously at the Ritz Carlton Dubai. I think my room shower was missing a stand to keep the soap in the shower booth. Amenities were top class. Didn't see a newspaper... In the lobby. Water fountain on every floor was great.

The hotel is very nice with loads of ammentities. The room was very nice and very unique compared to others in downtown. Very close to all the goods Cleveland has to offer. My only complaint was the pillows in the room were very uncomfortable. Bring your own if you can
