The staff has been very friendly and responsive. Very clean hotel, beds are great, food in the restaurant is top notch. My only complaint is they stock the rooms with the bare minimum of supplies. We had to call a couple times for additional towels and such. Also, the space for the mini fridge was empty and they did not have one available. However, i would stay here again for sure.

Well, our experience here at The Crown Plaza was very enjoyable with a great location in Playhouse Square. We walked, even in the winter, less than a block to our show. The front desk staff was so helpful with directions and locations of places we needed to get to for items we forgot at home. I would definitely return for future stays.

We booked our hotel room 4 days in advance. When we got there an hour after official check in our room was still not done/ ready. We sat in the lobby for 20 minutes before being called to the front desk, stood there for 10 minutes well they tried to figure something out and then sat for another 20 minutes waiting for a room to be ready. The staff was incredibly nice but the way our room was "fixed" was supposed to be to move us from two queen beds to one King in a bigger room with a nice view. But the room we were in was quite small and had one queen bed. We went up to see a show the show was amazing so it made up for all of the mess. They offered us that room and free breakfast and half of our bill and when we got breakfast the next morning they tried to charge us and when we got to the front desk they tried to take off the half off on our bill. I would stay here again I will next time triple verify that everything is done and ready before I get there. It was a 5 minute walk to the KeyBank State Theater which was wonderful and the show was phenomenal I will give this Plaza another chance.

The only thing this place has going for them is the pool/hot tub/spa. The staff are rude. The rooms don't have mini fridges, bars or handles in the bathroom, 1 thin sheet and 1 thin blanket. Sundry shop has NOTHING in it, empty shelves. Called desk at 11 pm to ask if they had feminine products, quickly told me they didn't and hung up. The blow dryer in my room is old and broken, sucked a chunk of my hair into it. Shower was warm if turned on to all the way hot. Oh, and if you have neighbors, you can hear their normal volume conversation through the wall. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

It was a nice place to stay! The valet was kind of expensive, especially because of how much we spent in general to stay here. But it was worth it because nothing else was really much cheaper if you were planning on taking the car out multiple times a day. Very close to some really cool spots in Cleveland such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Quicken Loans Arena, Westside Market, etc. It was overall a very very nice stay!
