I went to this location after losing my health insurance. Very friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond any of my expectations. I have never felt so welcomed, as everyone there went out of their way to help me. From getting the medication I needed to helpful advise, this is my go to for medical treatment.

I being coming to this clinic for almost 5 years and they are great. Friendly staff that is always willing to help and they offer financial aid and you paid just a small amount to get seen. Highly recommend this clinic !

I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled and when I went in, Dr. Fallentine said to me that I was not supposed to be sitting in those chairs until I show her my medication bottles so I had to go home and get them.  The second appointment, I was asked to leave by the same doctor without an explanation an said that she was not going to see me anymore. I submitted a request on line for a letter that explains to me in writing the reason for denying services to me and so far I have received any letter, but I know for sure that  I am not going to be seen there.  I don't know the reason why. The real name for Intermountain Health Care is LDS hospital .

This is the place if you want to be treated like cattle, especially by the lady that goes by Diane or Diana.

Not a good location. Receptionist are rude. Its a trailer for a clinic. Looking for a new clinic to attend. 0stars if I could.
