Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible
We found out  that Loan Peak Hospital over charged us $2600. For some reason, we never received our money back. They never notify insurance about that
Now we are in very bad place, I have to pay those unpaid bills, but i don't have money on my flexible spending account. I have to use credit card to avoid collection
They will be returning money back to my flexible spending account who knows when? 
If they return that money back on my card I have no use of it, because my bills will be paid with credit card. Flexible spending account works that way "If you don’t use it you will lose it"
Stuff is useless, unfriendly. I try to call Troy & Howard billing directors, they never return my calls.
We are going back and forth already 4 months with insurance, Loan Peak Hospital and everyone else. I don't now what to do.

The hospital is very clean. All the nurses and doctors were wonderful. The surgeon was excellent! All of the medical staff genuinely cared. The emergency room was excellent. Did not have to wait at all. The hospital room was large, comfortable, and private when curtain was shut. Ive never had emergency surgery go so smooth.

My Insurance was going to apply the whole imaging procedure to my deductible. So I asked them what the total amount would be up front, so I could pay it and not worry about it again. The person on the phone when i made the appointment told me I would get a 20% discount if i paid in advance, but this was taken down to $10 when I arrived in the office. I paid them the full amount that they asked for when I checked in. 
3 weeks later I get a second bill for almost the same amount, for the same services. There was literally no reason to lie to me, had they just quoted the higher price, I would have paid it. But for some reason, they aren't honest. 
I'm actually used to medical personnel telling blatant lies about what you will be billed, but this is just the extreme, as I was assured multiple times that this was paid in full. There is a time to negotiate prices, and that time is not three weeks after the work has been done and paid for.

This hospital is amazing, my wife had a c-section here and we have had a fantastic experience. Nurse are really attentive, they offer a excellent one on one care. They're good at making sure mom and dad are taken care of as well the baby. The food service feels like a 5 star hotel service. If you are deciding between this hospital or others, PICK THIS ONE!!!!! This hospital has the best maternity  ward

We just had a baby in this hospital and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are huge. The nurses were wonderful! Sarah, Tracy, and Chelsea we're especially helpful! And if for no other reason they have unlimited slushies.
