I had excellent customer service getting my CR-V's remote start reprogrammed and 2 key fob batteries replaced. It was handled quickly and efficiently. When paying, the friendly customer service person was very helpful, too. She asked a service person came out to the desk to look at and fix my daughter's spare key to her Honda Accord. He was able to repair and replace the battery too. I appreciated him doing what he could to fix it, I didn't want to buy a new one. Thanks, too, to the young man who even helped me transfer items from the loaner car to mine, then ran my car through the car wash. Little things make a big difference.

When I went in to lease my Honda it was a great experience. This review isn't about that, it's about going back for service. Chris who helped me during intake for service on my car and was awesome! No nonsense, super friendly and quick. He has great personality and is a good listener. I told him that my breaks were squeaky and he made sure that the mechanics knew about it. Wasn't solved but I'll go back another time, I didn't expect them perform a repair during a oil change and tire rotation. Get Chris a raise! I will always go to his desk whenever I come in for service.

The most horrible service! My dad had an accident, and took his car to the car shop. When we first talk to the person (Cristin) from the car shop, she told us that it would take a week to be fixed. I asked her twice if she was sure because my dad would be out a car, and it was winter. It took her two week to send the document to the insurance, and one month and three weeks to fix the car. Every Monday, she would said it is almost done, and by Friday she would said that they find something else that need to be fix and it will take one more week. When we try to talk to her, she was angry at us for call her and request information. When finally the car was ready, I requested to speak to a supervisor, but she took forever to call him and tried to have my dad sign all documents that were need. My dad said: It is okay! I do not want more problems. One week after my dad had to go back because something was loose and it was making noise. What was it?! Something that she did not want to explain because it was that important. The noise was coming from the driver-front wheel. =================================================== I will like to say that after I wrote this review. I got a phone call from the manager asking what he could do for us to fix the incident.

My experience with Inver Grove has been exceptional! Dan Volz, the best sales person on the planet, went above and beyond to ensure everything with the experience went smoothly. Dan actually delivered my CR-V in the height of the worst snowstorm this year after accessories were completed! Simply remarkable. The service department is also excellent. From beginning to end everyone has been so accommodating! I am a very happy customer and will be back to Inver Grove Honda for all future Honda needs.

I recently purchased my new 2018 Civic Type-R and could not be happier with the service I received. I have to give a thanks to Jamie S. and Julye D. for making everything go so smooth. But I have to give an even bigger thank you to Jamie S. I have been trying to get a Type R since last year and she has been the only person out of all the Honda dealerships in Minnesota to keep in contact with me and finally getting me one. The wait has been well worth it especially working with the staff at Inver Grove Honda. Awesome dealership and I truly recommend them. They will always have my business.
