I came in for recall work and to have my front tire looked at. I was sitting in the waiting area and the service manager came to tell me that my tire just needed a new valve stem and it would take about 20 minutes for them to put a new one in and clean up the tire. I thought, "Great, I will be leaving shortly." This was probably around 5. After employees were saying good night to each other I finally decided to go back to the desk in the service area and inquire about my car. This was at 6pm. I had most definitely been forgotten about based on the looks I got and the sparse number employees. After having the work done I was refilling my windshield fluid and found the dip stick out of the pipe. My tire has continued to leak so my issue hasn't been resolved. I won't be coming back for service or recommending to friends.

Jeff did an amazing job! We went to several different dealerships in the 200 mile radius. ee We’re treated rudely by several other dealers and their vehicles were not clean by any means. We called Mauer dealership and spoke with Jeff, he stayed late to help us, found us exactly what we wanted and more! All the staff here were amazing and very helpful!

The sales guys were super awesome, friendly, and they didn't pressure the sale. The first guy we had did a "hard sell" by negotiating any time I said I was uncertain but he also flat-out said he didn't want me buying something I didn't want. I didn't intend on buying the day I did, but I'm really glad I did. My new car is amazing! When I picked it up a different sales guy walked me through the car, and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable. The only downfall was the finance guy. Holy cow, I've never had a worse experience! He complained about us going through our credit union for financing and made snide comments about how we should've went through him. I strongly suggest getting your own financing and not dealing with him, he was super annoying.
... but everyone else was awesome :)

I have had a good experience both times I had them change the oil on my car. It was free, quick and they washed the car. I am pleased.

We tried shopping here twice for GMC vehicles as have been loyal GMC customers. The sales people are terrible and do not give any information, only out for the sale. Made me into a Ford customer at the dealership next door and my husband went to GMC in Hastings which provides much better service. The parts department also informed us a coupon would work, until we ordered the part and were there to pick it up. Then it was suddenly unacceptable. Don't go here unless your looking for a reason to shop Ford.
