I had an AMAZING experience with Ann Voegel at Volkswagen of Inver Grove! I was just beginning my car search when I found my dream car on their website. I was able to schedule a test drive later that day and bought the car that day.  Ann was not pushy at all, and answered all of my questions, unlike many experiences I've had other places.

I definitely owe Inver Grove Volkswagen gratitude, specifically Mike Griffith and his team. They have really shown me that my business is appreciated. They keep you informed and updated on any matters involving your vehicle. Most of all they have demonstrated on how a true business should operate and treat their customers. I will definitely recommend Inver Grove Volkswagen  to my family and friends.

I have had nothing but great experiences getting my VW Jetta serviced here.  My technician, Chad, found the problem and resolved it promptly the first time.   The crew is always pleasant and professional and the prices competitive.  I appreciate the great work they do here!

Bought a used car from them that was sold as-is no return and found a couple more issues than I bargained for, I talked to Sam my sales guy and  they were very accommodating to work with me to come to a resolution, even for a bargain deal car they still put in a bunch of time in to come to a resolution including returning this car for another one on their lot if I decided to do so.  I ended up getting a discount on the car and time will tell how the car works out but this place gives great service and would do business there again. Great people to deal with!!!

Bought a used vehicle and was impressed by the fair price and excellent service from the sales staff (Ann), finance people, mechanic (Eric), and the shuttle drivers who took me to and from work while the car was being prepared. They addressed all my needs and gave me a terrific price on my trade-in. Ann, the sales rep, even drove to my home in Forest Lake to deliver the vehicle. Outstanding! If you're looking for a Volkswagen or if you find an off-brand used vehicle - purchase here!
