Waiting and waiting. Death occurred in June 2017 and still no report. Call every week, just keep getting the same thing "still open and pending". They need to revamp their procedures or hire some people to get in there and help them. It is awful enough that we have lost a loved one and even more disturbing that we have no closure as to why. I will continue to call every week until we have answers. I am even worried after reading these reviews that we may never have closure.

I've been waiting 4 1/2 months for my sons autopsy report. The first time I spoke with them they said to expect the final report in 6-8 weeks, then 3 months, now they say 6-9 months and to call back if I haven't heard anything in 6 months. This is my son, I will continue to call back several times a week until we know his cause of death and if that inconveniences them, well, too bad.

I just experienced what a lot of people have already said.  My daughter passed away on December 2, 2015.  I finally received her death certificate on April 19, 2016.  They told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks.  They did the autopsy and said they didn't find anything so I would have to wait for the toxicology reports.  I struggled looking for closure as to why my almost 2 year old daughter died after all she went through.  Heart surgery and some fights with pneumonia.  After all this time they just put pneumonia as the cause of death.  All the phone calls from the mortuary didn't help them move any faster.  The mortuary said that's the longest they had ever seen it take and agreed that it was terrible.  They should think about what they are doing to those of us still living that have lost someone we loved very much.  My wife and I felt like criminals, like they wanted to find something to say we were bad parents.

at first after finding out my kids dad and partner for 30 years was found dead and not being contacted about autopsy etc. till he,was there a week surprised me!>my son being legal next of kin etc..but I then called daily getting answers since he was found dead..and sending over our funeral info.but..next thing we know they released him,to the wrong person cremated him and sent ashes out if state!!! med.examiners office just said they dont know what happened??my son's crying wheres dad?we don't believe in cremation..burn his property !stole his money..it's been almost a year.autopsy is vague. death certificate completely wrong and nobody cares! I want positive Id..even the scottsdale p.d...corrupt.who does this?no respect ...Shame shame

My mom past away over 7 months ago. I have called 2 to 3 times a week since March. I have talked to so many people. I was told the first 6 month's that I will have the reason my mom past away by the end of the 6th month. Now they are telling me that they can't give me a time frame. All I want is for the report that I was told that you have all the information for to be written. I'm just a daughter that want to start the healing process
