These guys were great! Walked in with no appointment and they not only had my tire and clutch lever in stock but put it on same day. Sales guy was super informative and helpful while I waited. The sales, parts, and service guys were all friendly and helpful. Will go back here for anything I need.

Daniel in Sales was very easy to deal with. After purchasing a used motorcycle for my son, we had an issue with it soon after. Albert, the General Manager was great and told us to bring it back in. Jerry, the Service Manager was a pleasure to deal with and "Mule", the tech who worked on the bike, introduced himself and we discussed it a bit. Ultimately, the dealership didn't really HAVE TO do anything if they chose not to, but they stepped up and made it right. You can't beat that. When my son grows out of this bike I will definitely be back to see what they have in stock.

I got my new N650 from Mainland. They were super cool guys and gave me a great price. Unlike other dealership around Houston, they treat you with respect and actually wants to sell bikes. I definitely recommend them

I went to a few different places from Conroe all the way to Galveston . EVERY PLACE I WENT TO!!!!! Tried to get me to hurry up and buy ANYTHING. BUT THESE GUYS!!!! WOW!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. YOU DON'T GET THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE ANY MORE. I WOULD GIVE THESE GUYS 10 STARS IF I COULD. FROM SALES TO MAINTENANCE. AMAZING JOB GUYS THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERY VEHICLE ON THE FLOOR. NOT ONCE DID I FEEL PRESSURE TO BUY ! NOT ONCE DID I GET THAT " BUY OR LEAVE" FEELING FROM ANY EMPLOYEES. IF THERE WAS EVER A FAMILY TYPE BUSINESS !!!!! THIS IS IT. MY NEVER FEW BIKES WILL COME FROM MAINLAND I DONT CARE HOW FAR I HAVE TO DRIVE. CAUSE IT'S WORTH IT. THANKS A MILLION.
