As always the J&M team were polite and curious and expedient with my vehicles' repair. What I didn't know is that they do so much more than just transmission repair... they have repaired thus far in my several vehicles.... the radiator, tire rotations, oil changes, fixed the heat in one vehicle and I know they can tackle about anything I throw at them. While doing all this they are always willing to give me a ride to my home and back again if needed and they never make me feel as though I am putting them out... its just a service I can tell they love to do as its always fun having a conversation with Mary Ellen or Jim. I have found my mechanic(s)!

If something is going to take longer than your 1 hour lunch, it's a great & wonderful thing for a vehicle repair company to offer you a ride back to work or even home!  Always up front about the cost of a repair you ask about & will call you with an updated cost, if repairs more than what you requested are needed.  Their dog, Bella, is just the cherry on top of their great business!

Mary Ellen and Jerry are amazing!  Nobody beats their customer service when picking up my vehicle at work, changing the oil and returning it to my workplace.  You never get the run around and they are always upfront on anything that's wrong with your vehicle.  If you are taking your vehicle to anywhere else....why?  They really make you feel like family.
