Had 3 people walk by, be right with you. 4 minutes at the counter before we were waited on. Employee in dining room sweeping the window ledges left dirty foot prints in every seat. When the manager couldn't finish ringing us up she had an employee finish and the look on her face said it all. No energy, no motivation, nothing.Food: 1/5

After an incident in their dining room over two weeks ago and was reported twice via the Jack in the Box website, got ZERO response from this location. I was the only diner in this location's dining room and a guy walked in off the street, threatened me and threw my soda in my face I'm guessing he was a user. Staff was not sure how to respond and did not seem prepared. Franchise owner does not seem overly concerned with safety of their own staff nor their customers.
I had originally given this location an ok review. I didn't pay attention to the location. My wife and I drive all the way to this location because of the service. Francisco is always a pleasure to work with. The food is always good at this location and the dining room open. Not the case with the other jacks.
This Jack in the Box has excellent service through the drive-through. Always on time and never a delay. They are very friendly and always smiling. The food is always hot and fresh. I love this place. They also except EBT.
JITB baby! Can't go wrong with a breakfast Jack anytime of the day. That and the tacos. But I only like the tacos between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and midnight, they just taste better then. Also give them mad recognition for their proper shakes. Of all the fast food joints Jack in the box has the best shakes
Jack in the box always serve good food at a reasonable price. Everything is started cooking when you place your order so the burgers are always warm and juicy. The vegetables seem to be very fresh also. I will go back many more times. The service is always friendly.

Ordered online for pick up and they couldn't find my order. The team at this location handled the situation perfectly. They promptly got my order together quickly no questions and no more issues. Food quality was excellent.
