My husband worked with Jack to design the PERFECT custom engagement ring and wedding band for me. Everything about working with Jack is enjoyable and every piece he makes is extraordinary quality. I love that my ring is one of a kind and not a mass produced design. He helped us choose the perfect band for my husband as well. We have been married for 6 years now and I still enjoy bringing my ring in for inspections and cleaning. We recently moved out of state but we stop in to see Jack every visit to make sure my ring is in tip top shape! I highly recommend Jack Miller!

One of the reviewers here commented on being prejudged for riding a bike and it inspired to write about my experience. I rolled in wearing sweatpants covered in paint/other random debris looking like a supreme bag of trash after some remodeling work in my house. Along with that I'm also fairly young and look like a professional bum. I was greeted immediately and treated as I assume any customer would, promptly, professionally, and they were helpful. Jack and his wife(assuming) were nice people from the get go and I never felt any pressure or judgement. 

I had a pendant made for my wife that had our children's birthstones inlaid. Being a master of procrastination I needed the piece done before Christmas, it was the 18th when I went in. They had the piece done within 24 hours on the 19th after being originally scheduled for pick up the 21st-23rd. Overall great experience 10/10 will do again.

This is the best jewelry store in Colorado Springs. My wife and I picked out my wedding band here and I can't say enough good things about their quality selection, good prices, and excellent customer service. If you're looking for engagement rings, wedding bands, or custom jewelry, this is the store for you. I highly recommend.

They took my grandfathers ring, priceless to me and repaired broken parts and i couldnt tell where the repair was, In 2 days. I am really impressed with them an suggest anyone to get repairs done here.
