Ted and his son reset the diamond from my 1970s engagement ring. The new ring is perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Ted worked with me to get everything just right. He modified a design that I liked from another ring in his shop, making a new band that would best show off a pear-shaped diamond. Now my diamond looks better than it ever did before. It was a pleasure to work with these talented jewelers.

I highly recommend and can not say enough good things about Ted and his staff at Jewelers Services! Ted was able to resize my engagement ring in less than one business day and over a weekend! I was treated with the utmost courtesy and with impeccable customer service.

I had a fantastic experience recently.  Barry, Matt and Ted are wonderful.  I appreciated their recommendations on repairing a necklace I hadn't worn in years.  While I was there, I also bought a unique pair of cuff bracelets that I love.  My mom also trusts them with all her jewelry needs.  Great customer service, we highly recommend their expertise!

Will not be returning for any further service based on how I was treated once the guy knew I didn’t have a lot of money. On top of that, the stone is loose in my setting. I literally said when I was there that another place would have done it for $5, yet you charge $30 which is outrageous. Definitely won’t give you another chance. Horrible service.
