My husband and I went in to sell some jewelry and get some items appraised.  Christine was such a sweetheart both on the phone and in person.  She was very helpful.  When we arrived, both Judith and Christine were very welcoming.  We sat down with Judith, and the amount of knowledge she had made us both very comfortable.  She made sure we knew what information they gather to appraise jewelry.  We also got a great rate for our gold.  We were so comfortable with the environment, we felt at home.  This place is great and we feel like we walked out with two new friends.

I liquidated my jewelry and came out as a highly satisfied customer. Judith Valentine's educates her customers and truly cares about them. I will return to her for future custom jewelry and would never buy retail. I expect high level of service and that is what I got!

I had a special design in mind.  I went to most every jeweler in Colorado Springs as well as a few in ND.  Most jewelers didn't seem to understand the design, or didn't have the ability or desire to put in the effort to make the custom ring.  Judy completely understood my thoughts and made a piece that was truly amazing.  We had an issue with the engagement ring.  Judy immediately took care of it and made it right.
I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a piece after the wonderful experience with Judy.

The music in your tv commercial is that of a horror movie!  I've heard it more than once now and it just baffles me; why do you have axe murderer music in your commercial?!
