Nice to have found a friend in the business! I know almost nothing about jewelry and when I met Brandon, I knew I found an honest and very trustworthy jeweler. I had to have a ring cleaned and shined, and I couldn't be happier at the outcome. I will buy all jewelry in future from this place, and you should also.

Every piece of jewelry I have gotten from Tri Gem has been amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and offer great services. I have bought rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants and earrings. Everything was perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Incredibly satisfied. My husband-to-be wanted a classic gold and tiger's eye ring like his Grandfather's and in looking online we couldn't find anything that wasn't too cheap or gaudy. A friend recommended we go to Tri Gem and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. If you are looking for custom, original jewelry at a decent price, this is the store for you.

Worse place to do business. The customer service is terrible and they yell at you when they sell you defective products. They hold your jewelry for months when they “fix” it and then tell you that they are human and it come back with the settings cracked. Go to a commercial jeweler because at least they won’t talk down to you and accuse you of being a “liar”. No more local business for our family. These people are so rude and unreasonable and not willing to fix the defective rings they apparently sell and they don’t even bother calling you back.
