Lane and his wonderful staff have been doing my jewelry repairs for years. Always a pleasure to work with them. My pieces turn out beautiful. Now my friends and family are customers as well. It's nice to have a hometown jeweler who not only does a job well done but makes an effort to welcome me by name when I walk in.

I have the most beautiful custom made ring in the world thanks to the staff at Lane Mitchell Jewelers! They carefully took apart my wedding ring after my husband passed away and made me the most beautiful ring I could have ever asked for, enabling me to keep and wear this very sentimental possession. I will forever be grateful to them and will never go to another jewelry store. Their staff is kind, professional and extremely honest. Thank you Lane Mitchell Jewelers!

These folks are amazing! They’ve created a lot of custom pieces for me. This company is to be trusted. All the people that contribute to anyone in need are totally awesome. Lane Mitchell Jewelers is a wonderful place to shop for all of your special anniversaries. Do not hesitate to go to them!

Lane Mitchell Jewelers does absolutely amazing work and the employees walk you thru each and every step! Buying that special piece and having any repairs done...I highly recommend Lane Mitchell Jewelers!

BUYER BEWARE! I first called ahead about a year ago to ask about resizing prices and they were the most affordable I found. I was thrilled! I go in with my engagement ring at a 6.5 and my wedding band a 6 (both purchased at another jewelers & simple designs). We discussed that I needed them both to be a 6 because the 6.5 was TOO big. They agreed, saying the 6 may be too loose as well. I insisted on the 6, we all agreed, and I left. Well, I went to pick them up, they were still pretty snug but thought I just wasn't used to the fit. A couple weeks later, I could not get the rings off. They were leaving indentations on my finger, barely moved, and was making my finger go numb. I took them back, explaining the problem--totally willing to pay for another resizing. The girl who helped me insisted they were the right size saying her rings fit her the same and "spin like crazy in the winter". Still, I said they were a bit too tight for me, gave them the rings to have them sized at 6.25. Picked them up the next day (or same day, don't remember), tried them on, was still tight. Embarrassed thinking I said the wrong size again, I just paid and left. I didn't wear my wedding rings (with the exception of special occasions) for months thinking I gained weight or just had chubbier fingers than I thought. Defeated and tired of not wearing my gorgeous set, I went to another jeweler in another state. They put my rings on the sized stick and BOTH of them measured at 5 3/4. Not even a 6!!!! I explained my experience with Lane Mitchell and asked if the sizing is standard for every jeweler. They said the sizing usually ia standard but they have had this issue before (with other customers). Icouldn't believe how inaccurate the sizing was at Lane Mitchell and can't believe they led me to believe they actually used my money to process my order as requested. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt and think their sizing stick is just different (Still inexcusable) but I have a feeling I just wasn't heard and the employees did as they saw fit. So unhappy that I've paid 3x to have my rings the correct size when it should've been once. Never again will I recommend this location or use their services.
