I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received and the work done on my wedding ring. They service was completed quickly. They were all friendly and informative. They did not try to up-sell me. I look forward to doing business with them in the  future.

Went in to look for a Christmas gift for my fiancee.  Ended up with some great ideas for wedding bands too. They were able to order the bands, solder, and plate everything.  Won't go anywhere else.

I had I hopes for this company. I wanted to get my grandma's pendant into a necklace and also get a custom wedding band. They were very friendly and nice when I dropped off my jewelry. The clerk said she would get back to me in a day or so with an estimate and it should be about 2 weeks to get everything completed. More than a week later I hadn't received a call so I called them and left a msg saying I was still waiting for an estimate. No call back. So 3 days later I left another message saying I will be in to pick up my jewelry. I picked up my jewelry and all they said was "sorry, we've been busy". Well I understand being busy but no phone call in over 2 weeks?? Just for the estimate.  
They didn't even seem to care that I was going to find another jeweler.

Good luck if you go here....what a joke!  I came into the store needing a couple batteries changed on my replica watches.  They told me there not certified to do this and would not even touch my watches?!  Huh? Wierd...Its a 50$ replica.  So I asked the gentleman how "can I open the back myself?"  He did not even respond to my question went back to work fixing something.  Very rude and unprofessional!  I wont be back!!
