My previous review slammed the dealership for parts pricing. I was wrong. Turns out their prices are in line with other Jaguar dealerships when I called around to check. And the SA (David) told me that at the time. based on that, I'm back to being a customer there. The parts prices are still really expensive but the mechanics now what they're doing. And that's important.

Amazing management and staff. I got just what I wanted, color, transmission, price, and even got more for my trade in. Couldn't have asked for more and even though it's a Charger Hellcat and not that typical in a place like this, I'll always come back for anything I want to buy in the future. There's even a guy that resembles George Lucas lol

I was impressed with the level of service until the very end when they switched the rate on me without my knowledge. Fortunately for me I read EVERYTHING before I sign and I noticed the 1.6% increase in the loan note and they immediately changed it, no explanation offerred. I was also given one key ONLY and the detail on the vehicle was poorly done. Might seem childish but each key cost $300.00!

I will list the good and the bad.1st the good. Howard, (salesman) was nice and upbeat. He knew we were driving 2.5 hours to go see a used car, so he held it for us, he was very nice overall. Then came time for the financing part of our process. Being that i have done this before, i know the whole shpeal on how things work. I know that when u go to a dealer for some reason they want to run your credit. When they run your credit, they run it through multiple banks. Each bank inquiry is a hard inquiry. Which stays on your credit for two years. Each hard inquiry DOES LOWER YOUR CREDIT SCORE. I explained to Jennifer that i know the process but i already had a preapproval from capital one and that is the bank of my choice for financing and i did not want her to run my credit with any other creditor. Her face instantly changed and her attitude became very confrontational. She then told me it was an old wives tale that my credit score would go down with any inquiry. Again this woman works in the finance department and has been there for 9 years. So this is something she knows, she just wanted to do things her way and i did not give in, so she stormed away with rolling eyes like a child. She then returned with my sons pay stubs and told me he does not make $18,000 a year because his pay stubs only showed he’s made $8,000... it was explained to her that he started as part time and started in May so it wouldn’t show that. I then told her if she calculated $10 an hour, Times 32 hours a week, for 12 months, it comes out to just under $18,000. She insisted that was incorrect and that the bank i chose calculates by what he’s made this year, not in one year. Another blatant lie because i have another car with capital one and i know they calculate by 12 months. So i just told her to do what she wanted to do. As she walked away as soon as she put my information to and ran my credit ONE TIME, got an instant alert, i had one hard inquiry and my score lowered by 3 points. Had I’d been petty i would’ve educated her, but by this point i was ready to go... anyways. She proceeded to put he only makes $12,000 a year, costing him to have to pay a down payment of $661. A whole paycheck for him. This kid is 18 years old and she took out her anger she had toward me on him. By this time all of his joy was drained by now trying to come up with this money. Then comes the dreaded part of the process where we have to tell this woman we do not want GAP insurance. We insisted we didn’t want it. Over and over and over again. Finally she got the point and printed out three other sheets we had to sign and wrote across all of them DENIED COVERAGE. Which is fine. But she wrote it as if she was writing my death sentence!! Anyways. The nightmare doesn’t end there!! It’s finally time to go, my son is totally depressed by now, so he gets into his car and 5 minutes into our 2 and a half hour drive the car starts acting funny. Sooo we turn around and go back to the dealer, speak to Mike now, one of the managers. Super nice and cool, offers to check the car out and have it delivered to us. We leave without our car. Fast forward to Friday!! Yes. 5 days later! We finally got our sons car. I would love to say it was a good gesture on their part to fix and deliver the car. But when we spoke to Mike and see if he could knock the price down just $500 being that we signed for and bought a car that was according to them in perfect in working order, is now a car that has a major repair. A transmission repair at that. He said he couldn’t make that decision but will talk to Jennifer to see what she could do. Total BS!!! He was the sales manager, that was totally his decision. Another person who tried to help me was Trooper. He tried by keeping us updated. Thank you for your help. I’m sorry my sons first car buying experience was a nightmare. But to all of you out there, know what you’re doing before you go to this dealer. Be educated and informed and know you will leave here in a bad mood if you have to deal what i dealt with.

After a rocky initial approach with the delearship and some miscommunication, me and my wife purchased a new F-Pace. Our salesman, Rick Arthur, was outstanding, and really helped facilitate the deal. Knowledgeable and professional, with a splash of humor, gives him top marks. Bethany helped us with the financial paperwork and deserves props for her patience and knowledge. I would have given 5 stars for this review, but have to deduct 1 star for the initial rough start. Barring that, definitely would recommend, especially if you deal with Rick and Bethany!
