I am so excited about my new car! I love the fancy technology!  Jason Thrasher and the dealership were so awesome, professional, and answered all my questions despite the fact that I had like a million. I would definitely buy my next car here because they were so knowledgeable and helpful. They made the whole process so easy and I got my perfect car.

I'm very disgusted with this place. The staff was very rude & refused to wash my car. In other times, I've had a pleasant experience at other dealerships of Mercedes Benz and they have always treated me with respect and have welcomed me without an appointment. This place, however, was empty when I arrived! There was nobody to greet me or help me. I had never been here before and this was my first impression of the place! I had thought it might be perfect for me to come here since it's a bit close by to my job. Note: I drove 20 mins to come here. I was searching for someone to help me and when I finally found someone to help, because he didn't even bother to leave his chair or anyone inside the service department after seeing me wonder like an idiot outside looking for help?? He saw me & after I asked whether they could wash my car or not, he reluctantly went to speak to another group of staff who were just laughing and playing around. He said after awhile at first if I had bought my car here, I replied: " I have not, but I'm a proud owner of my Benz and I always bring my car to any Benz dealership and they are always ready to wash my car." He then replied that they could not wash my car because they were way too "busy." Who is going to be too "busy" at 11:22@m to wash my car? I did not see anyone being helped in the service department or any cars being washed? He also said that it's because the cars are "hand-washed" and they don't have the machine to wash them. This went on and on with ridiculous excuses. I am very disappointed with Mercedes Benz. I don't think I'll be coming here ever again or bringing any of my friends and family here!!!!

Service at this dealership can best be described as a comedy of errors.  Though I bought my car here, I am taking my business to Palm Beach in the future.  The salesmen at Ft Pierce are good, but their back office and service are atrocious.  This dealership gives Mercedes Benz a bad name.
