We needed a van for our expanded family. We saw a Kia we liked and my husband test drove the van. He noticed problems and they said they would fix it. BEFORE we even drove off the lot with our children, the middle seat belt was BROKEN. How can you sell a Van to a family with 4 kids and not check that safety concern? My son also noticed the handles were broken in the back slide doors. They fixed it and finally on our way home the service engine soon light came on! We took it back and they fixed the Van for a small fee. The air conditioner went out after 3 months and we found out they just put coolant in the system! Lost trust in Jumbo Auto and paid someone else $700.00 to fix the hidden problems. The mechanic found bolts missing to hold down the engine and a ton of other sick and dishonest problems. He even found rat bones in a rat nest. Disgusting. Service engine light came back on after 4 months and we paid another $1200.00 to rebuild part of the engine with another mechanic. Perhaps Jumbo rigged the van for the original problem? The mechanic said they certainly did! WOW! Please, do not buy from these Con artist who turn over vehicles for a quick buck! DIRTY AND DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst mistake i have ever made. I'll leave it at that. These people are liars and crooks. And what do you know, now they have disappeared. Horrible!

I purchased a 2004 Jaguar on April 12th 2014 in cash, test drove the car, it was a little shakey but ok, it caught my eye because it was advertised with only 84k miles. after test driving I was told to come back the following day to finalize the deal and pick up the car. On the next day I paid cashiers check and finalized the deal received my temp plate and off on my way. after an hour of driving I noticed the car was jerking so decided to pull over to investigate, before getting out the car I noticed that the dash read 25,xxx MILES! so I called the dealer up questioning the millage and was informed that they had changed the instrumental panel because the actual miles are NOT actual!!!! WOW! I was told to bring the car back in to the service shop to have them fix it on the next day so I did, the car sat there in the same spot from 7am to 6pm and was never touched. then I was told to bring it again on the next day, so I did. I went on that 3rd day to pick up the car and was told by the GM that it needs a few repairs and parts that would cost me 780.00!!!! WOW AGAIN!!!! the GM told me that I had to come out my pocket to have it fixed!!!! after storming out extremely upset. I took the car to a Jaguar Service center and was told that the trans needed to be flushed ASAP because it had antifreeze in from a previous repair, the explained to me that my car was just in there shop the other day by a DEALER!!! it was obvious that JUMBO AUTO took the car there and did not have it serviced by them so the decided to "RIG" it up by installing an after market trans cooler and not flushing the system just to save money!!!! I went back to JUMBO Auto and confirmed the "RIG" job with the GM and he knew and admitted the damage, He did not want to rectify the situation what so ever, I was told that I purchased the car as is and it was running before I left with it, unless I pay to have it fixed them I was SOL, those exact words came from the GM himself!!! I am now in the process of a Lawsuit. DO NOT BUY FROM JUMBO AUTO IN FT PIERCE!!!!!!!

Crooks!!! I would never tell anybody to buy a car from here. After 3 weeks the car started to fall apart and they want to charge me to fix there problems.
