There is no other carwash in metro Detroit that does such a consistent good job. I always take my husband's car here because they are the only ones that clean under the rear spoiler. Plus they hand dry so they catch all the drips. We've had both cars express detailed and it is a nice refresher when the cars are particularly grimy. The deep detail does take quite a while though so be prepared to be without your car for several hours. I don't get my car washed anywhere else now though, and generally if u pre-pay for 6 washes, u get 1 for free.

They do an excellent job of both exterior and interior cleaning.

My only complaint, a relatively minor one, is that despite their website saying they had a special degreaser for removing the film from windshields, the front desk staff were not familiar with it. They did do a good job of cleaning the windshield, but some of the film was stubborn and did not come off with normal cleaning.

If you are a new customer, go to their website to get a coupon for a free upgrade to their everything wash.

Customer service is AWFUL. I am an unlimited club member and go through this line here always to be disappointed. Very disorganized. I had waited in line patiently only to have someone else behind me go around, pay in the other line, then get ahead of 2 cars. Ridiculous and do better, please.

I enjoy getting my car serviced here at the 12mile & Telegraph location. I really love the "Unlimited Plan"! I can get my car serviced inside and out, twice a day, everyday IF I want to for a whole month every month. Free complimentary mini air fresheners. 😁
