Great, friendly service. I always feel like the team at Jax does a thorough job. They’ll even send me back through the wash if they don’t think the exterior is clean enough. I also like Jax Unlimited Club, getting my car washed at least weekly.

There is no better car wash anywhere. Jax is the best. Everyone is eager to assist and make the customer experience positive.

Extremely unorganized with express washes and unlimited club members. I was there yesterday and there was such a long line backed up onto the side street. Once I was in, I was directed and yelled at away from the unlimited club member line (which is what I needed) and into the detail line. So, I had to wait even longer. Terrible customer service and please do better.

Ruined my paint. I am really just defeated over this, I take pride in my cars and tend to take care of them. figuring I should really wash it more often to get off the road salt I took advantage of the monthly unlimited wash. The first time there were soap marks all over, figured, fine, at least theyre using enough. The second time however the car looked Dull. It is a jet black car, and scratches show easially, but figured I always see nice cars in there, they must be alright. But no, the entire car has swirl marks and microscratches in the paint. Cancelling my "pass" and never coming here again with any car.

And yes, the direction of your machines are the direction of the scratches, horizontal. I will come by and show you on tuesday when I am back in town.

Also, I tried wax, helped, but the evedent scratches are still there.

However, the workers are hard working and when I expressed my complaints the manager on hand handled the situation respectfully and professionally.

Best car wash around. The basic plus gets you clean inside and out for $20. Exterior only for $7 includes a towel dry!
