They don’t do a good job before entering the actual wash. Pushing to many people through to fast. Slow down and give people what they are paying for. Also not always open. I’m a “unlimited” club member and wish I had a better outcome.

Just ok. Sometimes the employees are not so friendly and the back of my car is not always clean/dried. I have only gone a couple times because I don't want to pay to have it washed there and then pay again because it was not totally clean. The line can get pretty long on nice days too. It is a convenient location.

The wash itself is decent and the new vacuums are nice, but the people who actually clean the inside and dry the car are real hit and miss. Sometimes the car gets dried well, other times they miss an entire side. Same with the interior, sometimes a good job, other times they miss entire panels or Windows.
The jax in Birmingham is better and more consistent in my experience...

Update (12/31/17) completely terrible the past two visits. They forgot to add the wax and tire shine the last two washes. This time the doors panels and door jambs were not cleaned at all, window cleaners made it worse than when I went in, and the trunk and under mirror areas were not dried at all. Oh and that unlimited club kiosk reader took 3 times to read - despite a new sticker. Time to find another car wash. Asked to speak to a manager car dryer said he was “busy”...

I've only had good experiences here. They recently upgraded their self vacuums. I don't know how they do it but your car will looks shiny for days after a wash here - much longer than other places in the area. It can get busy and only downside is the workers sometimes rush you and the experience can be a little stressful

Pricy and not very honest management.  Very unprofessional.  Sadly I was going to try to be a part of the change.  Best of luck to them.
