Pretty decent car wash, but it took 51 minutes to wash my car. It is not touch-less.  They do accept credit cards.  They offer both interior and exterior cleanings.  Why not 5 stars? There are times the wheel wells are not clean and the lines can be so long.  The setup is super frustrating because there are 3 points of entry, but you have to go to the far right lane for exterior only and none of the cars in the right most lane want to let you in. Don't want to get into a street fight just to get a clean car. Almost an hour for a machine car wash is not acceptable.  Very disappointed.

I thought a car wash was supposed to make your car clean. This place charges you $11 for a basic wash with nothing special. I go into the wash and half of the machines in there do not work leaving you coming out with dirt left all over your car. I thought maybe it would have gotten it clean but when I pulled off to the side to clean my car, dirt left everywhere. Not to mention the side skirts on my car are now damaged due to their system. Do not go here.

Always a long line because you'll get satisfying results. I'm an unlimited club member and I take advantage of it. One wash a week makes that worth it. If you don't plan on tipping the towel attendant, drive to the far right to go around

I like the monthly wash fee for $21 go as many times as you want. Great, you serve vacuums. They do a nice job

I wish i could leave 0 stars. DO NOT COME HERE. I paid money to get my car scratched.

While driving home after my first ever full service wash at Jax i noticed that the windshield had some soap residue on it. After cleaning it myself and taking a better look at it, i noticed that my window tint was scratched pretty badly. After a couple of phone calls, i was able to meet the Rochester location manager Brent. All i was told is that Jax is not responsible for any damages done to any aftermarket equipment and that they did not do it. I was however offered some wash and detailing passes to make up for the damage but i refused to take them because i want them to pay for the tint instead and there is now way i am taking my car there ever again. A few days later i was invited to look at the camera footage which showed nothing but people drying the outside of my car. I was once again told by Brent that they did not scratch the tint and the camera footage proves it which it obviously doesn't since you can't see anything. The following day i got a call from the Jax manager, Shawn. It seemed like he was interested in resolving this with me but in the end, i was once again told that they did not do it and they will not pay for the replacement of the tint. I am now out 250 dollars. Please save yourself time, money and nerves and take your car somewhere else.
