This Store has like PILES of CLOTHES EVERYWHERE. I don't know WHAT the employes are doing! Very disappointing. :(

On Wednesday I called to see if my order had arrived. The lady that answered my call said yes so I asked her what time do they open Friday she said we're closed Friday, I said you guys can't possibly be closed Friday, it's Black Friday! She insisted that they weren't open & began getting very rude with me. I asked what her name was & she hung up on me. I have never been treated by any retailer in this manner & I most definitely will be going there to personally file a complaint about this rude employee they need to get rid of. No one should have to deal with this type of behavior.
