The sales experience with Brad Birnbaum was extraordinary. He worked with us on several nights to come up with the 5 appliance configuration that worked for us with our kitchen layout. He was very patient and knowledgeable and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with our choices at a competitive price.

I was shopping with my family to purchase a computer for my daughter. We decide to stop at Pc Richard after an exhausting day going in and out of other electronic stores. I found the staff at PC Richard to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Brad greeted us and immediately knew we needed help.  I thought I knew enough to make the purchase, but his insight lead us to the right computer for her needs.  This is exactly the kind of place I now prefer to shop at.. no pressure... and a lot of patience. Definitely going back to this store for a new refrigerator. Thank you Brad for all your help!

Employees were very helpful and matched a price from another store. A gentleman by the name of Brad was extremely helpful with all my questions and helped me make an educated decision, which was exactly what I needed. I will definitely shop there again.

This location is great. Staff was courteous. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and even given time on a day off by a salesman named Michael. We weren't even looking to buy a new tv just yet but good service makes for good sales

I needed to purchase a stove, W&D, and a dishwasher and went to Home Depot, Lowe's and PC Richards. While they were helpful at the other stores the service and knowledge I received at PC Richards was unparalleled. The salesman Michael Boston was so nice and helpful he went above and beyond to answer question and explain to specs of the appliances. He was so easy to talk to and had the best personality. I purchased here because of the service, but the prices were great. To finalize the sale we talked to the Gen. Mgr.Andrew Massop. Trust me when I tell you we gave him a run for his money negotiating cost and he was just great. He was funny, personable and made the process a delight. He must be a great leader because all of the staff was so upbeat and fun to be around. Great staff, great leadership, and an all around great experience. I highly recommend them. I am not easily impressed, but I left there feeling I made friends and got a great deal to boot.
