The salesperson Alton was very polite and not overbearing at all. Gave us space to make decisions on our own, but was right there when needed. He was also very patient and was never pushy even though it was closing time. Selection was good and price was ok. They had delivery options for every day of the week and was available quickly. Would recommend.

We ordered furniture back in November to be deliverd 12/31/17 which we confirmed this date and they did not deliver the furniture as promised, very disappointing I hope in the future they provide better service.

Purchased queen bed and mattress and I was told by old gentleman that there won't be any interest for 5 years. That guy was not even able to do right calculation with calculator so particularly remember him. They put very fine print and opened account and charged me interest for few months. TD bank with whom they open account, they don't even inform customer about promotion expire and keep on charging interest for few months. Lesson learnt that sales person say something and actually do something else. Not ethical practice.

Came here last weekend to purchase a new loveseat for my grandparents who love in Bergen County. We were trying to match power lift chairs that we bought from another vendor because they have trouble with walking/posture. We were fortunate enough to be helped by Lee Voo who was absolutely outstanding with his service! He tried so hard to help us find a match within my grandparents' price range and was so pleasant to work with every step of the way. Once we did find a sofa that was a close enough match, he was so careful with every detail of the purchase, making sure everything was right. He even gave us his personal cell phone number and said to call him any time if we had questions or an issue with delivery. We just felt so compelled to write this review because we have never dealt with such an incredibly nice, genuine salesperson before. Thank you, Lee! You were wonderful!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE SOMETHING DELIVERED FROM 12-3 ITS 5:30 AND MY ORDER STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
