The quality of the merchandise at Patio World Fireplace & Hearth is of the highest caliber. We got a small table and two chairs that are perfect for our balcony. We also got a coffee table and love seat with some great all weather cushions. Planning to get many years of enjoyment out of those two sets--they're built to last. Our experience at the store matched the quality of the products. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; they were eager to help and answered all of our questions. The owner came over to help us, as well. He is obviously an expert on this stuff, and he is helpful and accommodating. Will definitely shop here in the future.

Friends of ours ordered furniture from Patio World in NJ and had a good experience so we followed suit. Our beautiful patio furniture was delivered within a week as promised. The delivery people were great. We went back and ordered some more furniture - a special order - for a pool area. Perry answered all our questions and kept us updated on when the furniture would be shipped and brought to us. After delivery, he called to see how everything was. Not sure what happened in the past but we are very satisfied and happy customers. Thanks Perry and staff.

Patio World Home & Hearth is professional, friendly, efficient, with that small business feel! They have beautiful furniture and variety of product. I enjoyed having a vast selection to choose from to suit the design of our summer home in Connecticut. Additionally, I was impressed by their customer service in store and over the phone :)

We entered into a contract quite a while ago and there were glitches. When owner Perry Arons came back on the scene, from semi-retirement, and learned of our issues they were quickly addressed and resolved. Then, it was learned that the manufacturer of the furniture we ordered had discontinued several pieces, so Perry offered an upgrade to better furniture (the Gloster line) at his cost. Our order was delivered today (7/19/17) and the teak pieces far exceed our exceptions. See pictures. Patio World offers very nice outdoor furnishings from their showroom, and also offers ultra-high-line items with very reasonable delivery times. Our $8,000+ order was more than worth the wait. We think the negative reviews that have been posted prior to the 2017 season (a couple of which contain "alternative facts") are no longer relevant; its a new store, and worthy your consideration. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patio World!
