The workers are very helpful when asked. Cassey was kind enough to verify my cc purchase with my ID when I explained I forgot it. My only issue with this store is that there are no electric carts for handicap persons. This is a large store.

I didn't even know this store was here until I went to Sephora inside, as it's behind the main Gateway Center shops. It's a bit messy inside but they have a great home section that was the tidiest. Sparkle at the checkout was kind, reminding me of coupons available online to save. I'd return to this location, especially as it wasn't packed on a Saturday morning.

I have been wanting to review this store for the worst service and the messiest unkempt displays of clothing in every department on the first floor. There is NEVER a salesperson to help find your size or check for stock. The lines to the cashiers are always long and you never see any managers on the floor to assist customers. If this store is marked to close then GOOD RIDDANCE. JC PENNEY DO BETTER!!!!@!@

Had a great night at jcpenny's with hot rod. We shopped to we dropped. Lost a phone. We were luck to call the store the next day. We got the phone back his grandmother Minnie Tyler gave him. CK.
