Good service, when you can find them. Clothing quality went down while good went down

Pretty barren at JCP. Love the clean store but prices were a bit much for a company desperate for customers. 
Hate when they put 50% off signs in racks but upon closer inspection find it's 50% of second item. For example: I seen these jeans that were like $50 & second pair 1/2 off making the sum total approximately $75 + tx . That's about$40 per pair of jeans, I'm not impressed beings they were just Levi's. I visit this store maybe once every 3-4 months hoping they'll wise up😮

This is a nice large clean JCPenney store however like many other stores they are reducing the big guy section 2 very limited options so you’re pretty much forced to shop online now

Almost empty,no workers 8 have to wait maybe 45 minutos to return a clock ,very poor service

Jcpenney really needs to add a big and tall selection to this store location, especially for the demographic makeup in this area. I could not find more than one 3X product in this location. The website also has slim pickings. After browsing on the website I saw few items that were available for in store pickup so I decided to go in the store to shop. When I sorted through the items that said 3X was available in the store I did not find any 3Xs and I searched diligently! There were no sales associations to be found to ask if they had other sizing in the back. Overall I like shopping at Jcpenney however for larger men's sizes they receive a zero.
